Like many singer/songwriters, I found my alt rock band Old Crows fall out from under me and have never really been able to get over it. This isn’t a sob story though, this is a mission statement from a Wiltshire based soloist who blends rocky influences with an inescapable pop reference. Vocally diverse, from grating bluesy overdrive to ridiculous falsetto sparkle, my music draws influence from artists including City and Colour, Frank Turner, Corey Taylor, Jamie Lenman and beyond. Probably a sprinkling of Dave Grohl in there, just to be sure. Renowned for wit and charm behind a microphone and for a professional and easy-going demeanour off of it, I’ve had to pleasure of supporting some absolutely brilliant performers that have informed and expanded my musical horizons including Jonah Matranga, Dave McPherson, Danny and the Champions of the World, Gaz Brookfield, Nick Parker and many more.
